1. This constitutes an order for wedding proofs, prints and or media. It is understood that                                                 any and all proofs, sample prints and images remain the property of the photographer,                                                      David Britts, and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper                                               by David Britts.

2. Although all care will be taken with the images and photographs taken at the wedding,                                                  photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any                                                        reason to return of all deposits made.

3. Upon signature, photographer David Britts reserves the time and date agreed upon, and                                      will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-                                         refundable, even if date is changed or wedding cancelled for any reason.

4. With packages, a deposit of ½ is due at signing of this contract and the remainder to be                           paid upon completion of photography.

5. All terms of this agreement are understood and agreed upon.
